October is one of the best months of the year - temps have started to drop, and it’s time to get back outside and explore all that Arizona has to offer!  We’ve scoured the valley and beyond to come up with some fun fall activities to enjoy, family in tow.  Here are a handful to choose from:

Vertuccio Farms Fall Festival and Corn Maze

Get lost (or found!) in a corn maze, and lots of activities for the kiddos including a petting zoo, train rides, tube slides, carting and more.

Schnepf Farms Pumpkin & Chili Party

Bring the whole family for some fall-related fun including bonfires, hayrides, fireworks, mini-golf, a petting zoo and so much more.

Salt River Fields Balloon Spooktacular

One weekend only - come see over 20 Hot Air Balloons lit up (and handing out candy!), along with live music, haunted house, fireworks and more.  Trick-or-treating at its best (don’t forget your costume!)

Tempe’s Halloween Carnival

This free family event offers a costume contest, carnival games, face painting, train rides, a ‘tot town’ and more family fun!

Grand Canyon Railway

Wanna get away for a weekend?  A special seasonal event put on each year by the Grand Canyon Railway is sure to bring a smile to the whole family.  A Secret Pumpkin Patch, pumpkin decorating, hay bale maze and a haunted train await you up in Grand Canyon land.
